Owning 2A Ledger provides access to the features included in your licensed edition. The public website stays available without an account; purchasing the program does not unlock a browser account or save your public selections.
The released Windows program keeps inventory details, photographs, supporting PDFs and web references together locally. It includes Inventory and Gallery views, saved-record printing and exports, and optional password protection with protected backups. Keep independent backups and your inventory password; these features do not provide cloud recovery. Explore the released program features.
Companion activation: the companion app requires valid activation through a licensed desktop and uses one of the existing three device allotments on a personal license. Optic Tools in the companion is planned and will require that same valid activation within the existing three-device allotment; it is not available in the current companion release.
Windows desktop and Android Companion are the currently published editions. Android Companion lets you view downloaded inventory and add photos, with transfer over the same local network; edit item details on the desktop. This page does not announce releases for iOS, macOS or other platforms. Features and access depend on your edition and license terms; a purchase does not include every edition or future feature upgrade.

What does Optic Tools provide today?
The public Optic Tools section in Resources has three tabs: Trajectory Planner, Zero Helper and Reticle Library. One sample ammunition selector serves both preview tools. The library has 14 reference entries from six manufacturers, with search and manufacturer filters.
Trajectory Planner and Zero Helper are layout previews. Their graphs, target grid and disabled inputs illustrate the interface. They do not produce ballistic results, sight adjustments or reticle-distance predictions. The reference library links to manufacturer information; its entries are not validated calculation profiles or compatibility guarantees.
How is ammunition selection shared?
Choose a caliber, manufacturer and ammunition load once. The same selection remains visible when switching between Trajectory Planner and Zero Helper. Changing the caliber clears the manufacturer and load; changing the manufacturer clears the load. The selector hides in Reticle Library and returns when you switch back.
Are my selections saved?
No. Selection lasts only for the current page visit and resets on reload or a new visit, including a return through browser history. There is no public saved-ammunition list, account requirement, barcode lookup or shared popularity tracking.
The supplied sample catalog contains 58 loads across 24 populated caliber choices. Two additional caliber choices are labeled unavailable. It is not a complete product catalog or a source of availability, pricing or compatibility advice. Check the ammunition and firearm manufacturers' current documentation.
Which reticle references are included?
The supplied reference catalog includes Vortex (5 entries), Primary Arms (2), Trijicon (1), Leupold (3), Burris (2) and Hawke (1). Generations, models and reticle variants remain distinct. Use each manufacturer's current documentation to confirm the exact model and variant.

Open the Reticle Library tab in Optic Tools to search and filter these references. No reticle-distance or aiming calculations are provided.
What remains planned for the apps?
Planned Optic Tools app work includes shared ammunition records, persistent profiles and barcode scanning with a separately verified catalog lookup. Trajectory calculations, zero adjustments and reticle-distance predictions remain unimplemented previews here. No release date or included upgrade entitlement is promised.
The existing companion activation requirement is already in effect. Adding Optic Tools to the companion is future work and does not create an extra device slot, a separate public website account or new purchase entitlement. Check the released edition's feature list and license terms before purchasing.
