License terms

One-time purchase

2A Ledger is Windows desktop software provided by YourEMR LLC. The price is $7.99 USD once for the purchased initial version on one active computer. It is not a monthly subscription.

Bug fixes and upgrades

Bug and security fixes released for the purchased initial version are included. Version or feature upgrades require a new license at the then-listed upgraded-version price.

Activation and offline use

Activation and periodic licensing checks use the internet. A license key does not unlock your inventory password. Viewing, searching, printing, backups and permitted exports remain available subject to the inventory password when editing becomes read-only. See the customer guide for renewal and transfer instructions.

Your records

You control the records you enter and the backups you keep. The software is a recordkeeping tool, not legal advice or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. Support cannot recover a forgotten inventory password.

Unsigned Windows package

The customer package is unsigned. Use the published checksum and verified download source, and follow your Windows security and workplace policies. No publisher-certificate assurance is offered.

Refunds and support

If you cannot install or activate 2A Ledger, contact support within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund your purchase. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
