Local inventory

Your inventory, photographs, documents, inventory password and protected backups remain on your computer. The licensing service does not accept your inventory. Files you export, open in another app, back up or place in a synced folder remain under your control.

Purchases and licensing

Checkout uses your delivery email and records payment and license references. Stripe processes payment details. Activation and renewal use license and device identifiers, a public device key, an optional device label and request metadata. Rate limiting uses a keyed hash of an IP address. Hosting providers may retain connection and security logs.

Private downloads

The download service verifies an eligible paid purchase using a private activation key or this browser’s purchase claim. Entered activation keys are cleared after submission. The purchase claim is held in browser session storage so you can check payment status and retrieve the release. A download link expires after 10 minutes; expiry cannot recall downloaded or cached files. Keep your key and link private.

Service providers and contact

The service uses Netlify for hosting, the dedicated Supabase project for licensing and release storage, Stripe for payments, and Resend for activation-email delivery. Inventory is not synchronized to these services. Contact support for questions or requests concerning your purchase or licensing information.

Fictional demonstration

The browser demonstration uses fictional records in page memory. Its edits reset on reload, and it does not open your inventory or accept real attachments.
