Why 2A Ledger exists
You know your firearms. So did I. But could you quickly find every serial number, purchase detail, photograph and document that belongs with them? I couldn’t. Keeping that information organized should be manageable—and finding it when needed should be straightforward.
2A Ledger grew out of that practical challenge. As my collection grew, information became scattered across receipts, folders, spreadsheets and what I could remember. I needed a better way to bring it all together.
The first idea was simple: organize everything in Excel. Then I wanted to add photographs, sort quickly and find information more easily. What began as a spreadsheet idea grew into 2A Ledger: practical firearm inventory software that keeps details, photos and supporting documents together on your computer, with a one-time purchase and no subscription.
Whether you own a few firearms or a collection built over decades, those records have value. They can help you document a loss, preserve an heirloom’s history, keep track of something you sold or help your family understand your collection when you’re unable to explain it yourself.
That is why 2A Ledger exists: to make keeping those records a practical part of ownership.
Practical organization, local records
Use Inventory for the details and Gallery for a visual view. Keep acquisition information, notes, supporting PDFs and sale history with the relevant record. The contents stay local; the licensing service does not open your inventory.
The current offer is $14.99 USD once for the purchased initial version on one active Windows computer, with no subscription or trial. Activation and periodic license checks use the internet. One-time purchase does not mean that every future version or feature upgrade is included.

What the product does—and its limits
2A Ledger organizes the records you maintain. It does not establish ownership, decide whether a transfer is lawful, guarantee insurance recovery or provide legal compliance advice. It is independent recordkeeping software and is not affiliated with the ATF.
Local storage is not automatic recovery or cloud synchronization. You need independent backups and a tested restore routine. Optional password protection cannot recover a forgotten password, remove older readable copies or protect an unlocked computer from malware.
The released product described here is Windows desktop software. Unreleased platforms, trials and synchronization are not part of the current offer.

Support and updates
YourEMR LLC provides the product and its published terms. Bug and security fixes released for the purchased initial version are included. Version or feature upgrades require a new license at the then-listed upgraded-version price.
For installation, activation and product support, contact 2A.Freedom.Ledger@gmail.com. No guaranteed response time is offered. Include the version and error message, and keep activation keys, inventory passwords, inventory records and buyer documents private.
If you cannot install or activate the app, contact support within 7 days of purchase. If the problem cannot be resolved, the purchase will be refunded, without limiting applicable legal rights.
