Start with the customer guide for extraction, activation, backup and transfer instructions. For a missing activation email, check your inbox and spam folder, then contact support. Do not buy again while a payment outcome is uncertain.

Do not send your license key, inventory password, inventory records, buyer documents or payment-card details for ordinary support.

Bug fixes and upgrades

Bug and security fixes released for the purchased initial version are included. Version or feature upgrades require a new license at the then-listed upgraded-version price.

Installation or activation problems

If you cannot install or activate 2A Ledger, contact support within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund your purchase. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
